Midway through the mid-season break, HFC continued with their friendly games as they traveled to Woodlands to face off with Team Grey whom they had beaten 5-2 in February.
With both Bobos and Simon unavailable, the Blacks loaned in Goalkeeper Kernex from Bugis Beatles along with fellow Beatle, midfielder Jie Wei. Jit’s friend, Venkat also turned for the Blacks along with Mahesh who was keen to put behind last week’s red card episode behind him.

HFC APPOINTS MORENO FERRARIO AS COACH
HFC made their biggest signing ever when they confirmed that they have appointed former Napoli defender Moreno Ferrario as their coach.
Moreno Ferrario, 52 played for Napoli for over a decade (1977-1988) and he is third in their all-time league appearance records.

It was confirmed minutes ago that midfield playmaker Shahreen Sofan is out of tomorrow's opening clash with Hiding Place.
The news could not have come at the worst possible time as HFC is waiting for the availability of Stanley Goh for the crucial match.

Just off the press, Roland Chai HFC's vice Captain for the past three seasons have decided to leave the Club.
HFC wishes to thank him for his committement to the Black for the past nine years and wishes him all the best.

HFC's official website recorded its 10,000th hit today. It is a milestone for the website which started on 21 February 2010.
It is significant to note that this milestone was reached within one year and with visitors logging on from all quarters of the earth. HFC website has garnered readership from Asian to Africa, Europe to the North America.
Home of the Blacks looks forward to another 10,000 hits in the coming year!

The Agape Cup 2011 fixtures were released today with HFC kicking off their season with a cracker of a game against host Hiding Place (HP) on 6th March 2011. HFC's opening game could not have come any bigger as both teams will renew their rivalry as they will be looking to top their group.

Harvester Football Club revealed their new crest after weeks of sneak peaks.
In enhancement of their last crest, the new one comprises of the Red Flame as its central focus, signifying Passion and Determination on a White Shield stating Chivalry with a football, identifying our love for the Beautiful Game.
